Rosé Wines

This year's crop of pinks includes a variety of wines made from the pinot noir grape. There are examples from Burgundy, New Zealand, the Loire and Auvergne, all very pink and refreshing. The general tone of the 2012 vintage in Europe is for more fruit flavours than in 2011; an even better reason to have one or two bottles on hand for warmer days!
