Tracking Your Order
STEP 1: CHOOSE A DATE
You can choose a date for delivery* at the point of order. If your order is being delivered by Wine Society van, you will also receive an estimated time window for delivery.
STEP 2: CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you an e-mail notification* with details of the consignment number for tracking progress.

STEP 3: DELIVERY COMPLETE
Once your order has been delivered, we will send you another e-mail* to confirm (including, where necessary, details of where the order has been left).
