How do I track my order?

Provided we have your e-mail address we will send a delivery notification e-mail (excepting gift orders) when the order has been picked, packed and has left the warehouse. You can track the progress of most orders in the My Account area of our website.

We will send you an e-mail notification* with details of the consignment number for tracking progress once your order is ready for dispatch. Once your order has been delivered, we will send you another e-mail* to confirm (including, where necessary, details of where the order has been left).

*Please note that exclusions apply to some postcodes. View postcodes currently excluded.
