Clos de Gat is a new winery situated in the Biblical Valley of Ayalon, Israel, historically famous for Joshua's defeat of the five kings. Under the skilful eye of Eyal Rotem (the owner/winemaker), the winery is fast becoming Irael's best. Pure syrah in a New World Style. Now to 2015. Six bottles only per member.
