With ten named ‘crus’, some for immediate pleasure, others that age and mellow beautifully, the rolling hills of Beaujolais are all about gamay, the most succulently fruity, friendly and agreeable grape we know. Start with Beaujolais-Villages and work up to crus such as Morgon, Fleurie and Moulin-à-Vent.
