The Moraitis family celebrated 100 years of winemaking on the island of Paros in 2010. They cultivate their own vines organically in Paros and also buy in grapes making wine in their winery in the picturesque fishing village of Nouassa. All their wines are organic but only their Sillogi blend of 50% each asyrtiko and malagoussia is certified as such because of the expense of the process. Their talented winemaker Theo Moraitis is the fourth generation of the family to make wine.
