Château de Cazeneuve is one of the best estates in Pic Saint Loup and one especially known for its reds. André Leenhardt farms around 100 acres sustainably, without the use of chemicals, and makes a number of big, generous reds.
The wines are traditionally made with good use of barrel for the top wines. Pic Saint Loup owes part of the success to Montpellier being so near but growers nevertheless deserve all the plaudits that they get because of the elegance of the wines.
