A 60 hectare estate at Margueron, La Roquille and Landerrouat in Entre-Deux-Mers, planted with 60% merlot 15% cabernet franc 25% cabernet sauvignon. The dynamic owner is Eric Meynaud who is progressively improving the property. They give the grapes 3 days cold maceration before fermentation in stainless steel and also use micro-oxygenation to soften tannins.
