Colacino Wines

This family-run 21-hectare property is situated near the town of Rogliano in the Savuto valley and is 500m above sea level. It was founded by a doctor, Vittorio Colacino, in 1968 and is now run by Mauro Colacino, his son. The grapes are hand picked, vinified in temperature-controlled vats and then aged in stainless steel before bottling. The wines are made under the watchful eye of Nicola Tucci, previously of Farnese and Dandelion Vineyards in Australia.
