Gift membership can be purchased 24/7, 365 days of the year, either via our gift membership form or by calling Member Services on 01438 741177.

Gift vouchers sent by email will be delivered immediately to the recipient. The recipient’s share number and welcome email will be sent to the email address you provide. If you wish to hold onto the voucher and gift it at a later time, then select to send to your postal address.

Gift vouchers sent by post will be despatched within five working days; the deadline for vouchers sent by post is 16th December.

There is not a definitive final order date for Christmas. We release delivery dates regularly as Christmas approaches and gift orders can be placed up to 30 days in advance.

Our last available delivery slot before Christmas will be 22nd December (20th December for Highlands and Islands).

We do expect demand to be high and delivery slots fill up fast as Christmas approaches and, as such, we recommend ordering and taking delivery early to avoid disappointment.

As with all Society wines, items of £75 or more will be delivered free of charge, but as a delivery charge is not included in these cases automatically, you will incur a £5 charge if your delivery is under £75 or less than 12 bottles.

To make sure these cases arrive in tip-top condition, they are shipped directly from the supplier. These cases will be despatched between 14th and 20th December.

Yes, but with some changes. Due to complexities in our warehouse operations, and whilst we start to build an additional warehouse, members wishing to place corporate orders this year will need to place their orders in a similar way to other members, choosing from available delivery slots and ordering online, by phone or in writing.

Member Services is happy to help with guidance and advice and can provide details of previous years’ orders upon request. Please note each order must be paid for at the time of ordering.

The Wine Society is not immune to the ongoing problems in global supply chains, and while we are listing a wide range of wines online, some products are out of stock and unavailable for ordering.
