A blend of 87% cabernet sauvignon and 13% merlot this is a finely-honed and medium-bodied Pichon Baron with distinct Pauillac character of cigar-box and cassis, fine yet firm tannins and mineral, crushed slate finish. Will build during maturation in 70% new oak and provide huge pleasure in the mid-term.
