Pierre Borie is determined to create world-class white wines from the Languedoc, and his flagship white wine, Cuvée Prestige, is something he has been perfecting over many vintages.
He uses Rhône grapes, principally roussanne, which he keeps in barrel on the yeast lees for about nine months before bottling, creating something very special that punches well above its weight. It is a full and generous wine, unctuous while retaining freshness and brilliance. Don’t miss it.

Much of the Languedoc has the potential to make great white wines. The Corbières hills in the south of France are better known for red wines, yet whites can prosper here too, taking full advantage of limestone-rich soils and cool breezes that dampen the vine's ardour. This is a rich, creamy and complex white that works brilliantly with food, and we recommend it wholeheartedly.
