Occupying a stunning piece of land in the northern Stellenbosch area of the Simonsberg mountain, the vineyards benefit from the warmer, drier Paarl and Swartland areas to the north and north-west, while maintaining freshness thanks to a clear view of Table Mountain and False Bay to the south. The 2021comprises 49% cabernet franc, 48% cabernet sauvignon and 3% merlot, with 39% new oak for 24 months, offering the perfect balance of ripe fruit and structure. This is not to be missed.
