The jewel in this great house’s crown in a superb year
The 2008 Champagne vintage has produced some stunning wines, and this, our final en primeur release from this great year, is no exception. Never a house to be hurried, Boizel have kept their top wine, Joyau de France, for 12 years in their cellars before feeling the time was finally right to release the wine.
That time is almost here, and thanks to our fantastic relationship with this family-owned house, we’ve been given the opportunity to make this seldom-made cuvée available to members ahead of the market. Don’t miss your chance to reserve this special wine.
Place your order now and, when the wine arrives in the UK (in autumn 2021), you can then opt either to store it with us or pay Duty & VAT and take delivery.

Champagne Boizel Joyau de France 2008
Boizel have kept this, their Têtes de Cuvée, from the outstanding 2008 vintage for 12 years before release. Now hitting its stride, but with years to go, this pinot noir-dominant wine has a great perfume of honeysuckle, fresh brioche, ripe lemons and fig rolls which continues on the intense yet elegant finish. Drink from 2021 to 2028. 12%
This offer will close at midnight on Tuesday 20th April. Orders will then be entered into an allocation system and confirmations of successful orders will be sent out by Friday 23rd April at the latest. The wine will be delivered in late autumn, 2021.
