150th anniversary dinner with Frédéric Burrier of Château de Beauregard
Yorkshire and Burgundy come together in perfect harmony with a three-course dinner with wines to match at the award-winning Ox Club in Leeds, in the company of Frédéric and Sylvie Burrier of Château de Beauregard.
Our 150th anniversary is a reason to celebrate. Kick the year off in style and join us for what promises to be a delicious three-course dinner at Leed’s Ox Club which has featured in both the Michelin and The Good Food Guide, showcasing the best of Yorkshire produce. The Burrier family, who have lived in Burgundy for 500 years, own both Château de Beauregard in Pouilly-Fuissé and the négociant Maison Joseph Burrier, and have done so for six generations. They hold some of the most prestigious plots of vineyard across Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran and Beaujolais and Frédéric has done much to raise the quality bar in this tiny enclave of the southern Mâconnais since his return to the family business in 1999.
We are delighted that Frédéric will join us to talk through a selection of seven wines from his extensive range which have been perfectly paired with the meal, including a selection of Pouilly-Fuissés, in an intimate (and delicious) dinner.
