Anyday Sauvignon Blanc Case

Previously making wine for big names like Wither Hills, Ben Glover has turned his attention to his own project, Zephyr 6. A smart New Zealand sauvignon, the nose shows salted lime notes and a succulence of fruit which is reflected on the palate. Green and yellow fruits are joined on the palate by a refreshing but not sharp zestiness, and a rounded mid-palate feel. Salted margarita notes and green apple show up on the finish, making this a deliciously refreshing and moreish white wine.

Fresh and aromatic, this is pure Bordeaux sauvignon made without the use of oak in a crisp and fruity modern style that allows its fruit to shine. It is blended from a range of sources according to the vintage to achieve a consistent level of complexity. Versatile enough to enjoy with or without a meal, it is bottled with a screwcap closure to retain maximum freshness. The label carries an image of a great Bordeaux landmark, the Pont de Pierre bridge that crosses the River Garonne in the heart of the city.
