Savoury, merlot based claret with plenty of appeal. The addition of 20% cabernet sauvignon to the blend lends structure and grip. Pair with roast lamb or beef. From a well-respected Bordeaux property in the village of Sauveterre-de-Guyenne in the Entre-deux-Mers that has for over 20 years employed workers with disabilities as part of an assistance through work scheme.
