Viognier supplies peachy perfume and caressing texture while the roussanne and marsanne provide structure, lift and extra aromatic complexity. It comes from Undurraga's own vineyards in the fascinating Maule region, one of the first parts of Chile in which the original settlers planted vines.

The Coffele family have beautiful, historic, organically farmed garganega vineyards which this Soave benefits from. Showing the intensity of lower yields and older vines, it has a weighty palate with orchard fruit and a mineral finish.

Kiwi, lime peel and a delicate note of fresh mint on the nose and the palate is refreshing, juicy and remarkably well balanced at the price. And at just 11% alcohol, it's a great option for a refreshing drink, solo or with food.
