Azienda Agricola Rallo Beleda Catarratto 2021
A distinctive Sicilian catarratto from Rallo showing the nerve and mineral complexity this grape can achieve. The best organic plots are selected for this, and the wine has a little time on the lees for extra complexity and mouthfeel, as well as bottle ageing before release. With salted-lemon, green-apple and oyster-shell notes, there is real tension on this dry Italian wine.
