Barbera d'Asti Superiore, D’Annona 2020
Loaded with ripe black cherry and bramble fruit, with a dried Mediterranean herb fragrance, this Barbera d'Asti Superiore has real depth on the palate, balanced with bright, juicy acidity. 60% of the blend is matured in large oak botte, and 40% in barrique, giving this full-bodied red a lovely, velvety texture. Rich yet refreshing, this is a really comforting glass of wine for wintry nights.
