Bin #15 is a celebration of the red, drought-resistant cinsault grape variety. Its properties were such that it was exported to North Africa and Lebanon from its home in the Languedoc. Cinsault thrives in hot, dry conditions and can make fragrant and silky wines and here is in its natural state, made with minimal intervention
