A clever blend of garganega, trebbiano, cortese, and tocai friulano, Custoza is a DOC just south of Lake Garda to the west of Verona. These local grapes combine harmoniously to create a crisp, pear, apple and lemon-zest-scented white, with an appetising salty character and refreshing finish.
