Fine-boned and elegant pinot noir from Cathy Marshall using grapes sourced from three separate sites all on sandstone across Elgin and the Hemel-en-Aarde. Pale in colour but with plenty of character with aromas of cherry, redcurrant and crushed strawberry. Extremely charming and Chambolle-esq. Ideal served alongside her pinot noir from clay.
