Superb, concentrated but not heavy white Burgundy, with energy and lift. Grand Charrons is one of Meursault`s playfully named deuxièmes crus – better than most village wines but not quite at premier cru level. This excellent hillside vineyard produces more concentrated and fresher-tasting wines than those on the flatter lands.
