Clairette de Die Tradition, Cave Poulet

Sparkling Wine from France - Rhone
4.000000000 star rating 1 Reviews
Legend has it that ancient Celtic tribes living in the Drôme Valley found that their wines often retained their sparkle. Today the wine is made using a majority of muscat with a little clairette for freshness and complexity. Made using the ancestral method, so just one fermentation, this is delightfully fresh and a little sweet.
