Red Wine from Australia - New South Wales
Clonakilla was established in 1971 and is somewhat of a cult hero of the Canberra District wine region. Their Hilltops shiraz is made from fruit sourced from vineyards in the Hilltops district, on the south-western slopes and is a full-bodied but effortlessly elegant shiraz, even in the hot 2019 vintage. The wine shows cassis, bramble and plum, with spicy cinnamon notes and a twist of spice through to the finish. Decant for drinking now.
