A pink Corbières with the ambition to rival the best from Provence! Bone dry and exquisitely refined, made from an unusual blend of cinsault and both grenache noir and grenache gris. The Bories family, owners of Ollieux Romanis, have been making wine in Corbières for generations and they now farm without using herbicides and have replaced chemical fertilisers with compost made almost entirely on the vineyard.
