White Wine from France - Rhone
Domaine Julien Masquin owns nearly eight hectares of vines in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and a further 16 hectares of vines in Côtes-du-Rhône, planted with both red and white varieties. Julien took over the running of the estate in 1998 and put a great deal of effort into revamping the vineyards, returning to sustainable farming methods. It was not until 2009 that his first vintage appeared following the end of the estate's contract to supply to local co-operative with fruit, and he now has a new winery to work in.
