Cour-Cheverny 'Le Petit Chambord', Domaine Cazin 2021
White Wine from France - Loire
The rare romorantin grape was introduced to this area of the Loire Valley around the 15th century. Appley and structured, this will complement richer fish and white meats in creamy sauces beautifully, but it also makes a good cheeseboard white.

Domaine Cazin
Despite being based in the town of Cheverny, François Cazin produces mostly Cour-Cheverny wines from the little-known but ancient, and probably local, romorantin grape variety. Domaine Cazin consists of 21 hectares of land and the vines grow on chalky clay soils. Harvesting is carried out entirely by hand.
