Domaine Pochon
This property, owned by the Pochon family, is best known for its polished reds, though the whites are quite as delicious. Etienne Pochon, owner of the domaine, used to sell his grapes to one of the local co-operatives but now makes his own wines from better-than-average fruit. Pochon oversees all elements of production, ensuring that the wines show all the soft, fragrant plentiful fruit that has gone into producing them.
