‘Au Chouillet` is situated north of the village, where the tannins are sweeter. The vines are 80 years old and give small bunches. You can taste the extra quality from the old vines, which contribute more ripeness and greater volume to the soft and gentle fruit on the palate. Drink from 2027 to 2032.
