Marolo have used an original recipe from 1854, developed by Dr. Domenico Ulrich, a pharmacist, botanist and brilliant entrepreneur, to recreate this traditional Italian red medium-sweet vermouth. Notes of balsamic, bitter orange peel, toffee and wet wood make this an excellent digestive neat or a perfect part of a Negroni.
