Wines included

2022 - 2024

The Society's Exhibition Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2021

An elegant, mineral, citrusy Kiwi classic with a nod in style to the sauvignons of France. The excellent quality of 2021 is deliciously apparent and despite a very short harvest, Marlborough pioneer Jane Hunter has, yet again, come through for us.

New Zealand
2021 - 2024

The Society's Exhibition Mendoza Malbec 2020

Aromatic and floral malbec with a succulent palate redolent of plums and damsons, softened by just under a year in barrel. This Argentine classic is crafted for us by Catena from a selection of Mendoza's top-performing high-altitude vineyards.

Argentina £12.50 per bottle
2020 - 2025

The Society's Exhibition Tasmanian Chardonnay 2020

Unmistakable Tasmanian coolness and poise, courtesy of Claudio Radenti of Freycinet. Its lemon and green-apple flavours, subtle oak notes and chalky, mineral finish favour a shameless triple-crème cheeses like Brillat-Savarin or Explorateur.

Australia £15.50 per bottle
2021 - 2026

The Society's Exhibition Haut-Médoc 2017

‘Smart and great value,’ opined Joanna Locke MW about this attractive Haut-Médoc from Château Beaumont during our Wine Champions blind tastings this year. An inviting nose of rich berry fruit and spice gives way to notes of cedar and sandalwood. This classy claret is ready to drink now, but will also improve if you have the patience.

France £16.00 per bottle
2020 - 2028

The Society's Exhibition Fleurie 2021

Attractive, floral Fleurie, in keeping with its name, with scented red-fruit notes on the palate. A fresher style in 2021 than in recent rather warm vintages. Our most popular 'cru' Beaujolais by some considerable distance.

France £12.50 per bottle
2022 - 2024

The Society's Exhibition Soave 2021

Elegant, crisp Italian white from Soave's leading light, Pieropan. 80% garganega, from a vineyard above the famous Calvarino plot, with 20% trebbiano di Soave from Calvarino itself, it boasts delicious oyster-shell, apple and lemon flavours.

Italy £14.50 per bottle
