Famille Grossot Chablis Premier Cru Vaucoupin 2023
White Wine from France - Burgundy
Firm, taut, incisive premier cru Chablis of excellent quality. Vaucoupin is situated near the village of Chichée. Kept on its lees for 16 months in tank to develop mid palate length. No oak. They are very steep and south-facing, with an average age of 40 years. The total area spans 1.45 hectares. The vines are planted on Kimmeridgian soil made of clay and limestone marl, with clay dominating. All are grown organically.
