Fonte do Ouro Branco, Dão 2024
The flagship encruzado grape of the Dão region, lifted by the freshness of arinto to give an adaptable, easy-going wine with hints of green apple, pear and tropical fruit. Arinto marks the structure of the palate due to the fresh acidity but the encruzado brings complexity, breadth and depth of flavour. Good quality crisp white fruits, and a zesty note of grapefruit on the palate. The combination of this peppy freshness and slightly broader texture make this an easy drinking but refreshing white, perfect with or without food.
