L'Enclos des Roses
Daughter of a Gaillac winemaker and oenology graduate Aurélie Balaran bought the estate of L’Enclos du Roses in Cahuzac-sur-Vère in 2007 where she makes the full gamut of styles – red, white, rosé, sparkling and sweet wines, utilising the cellars and equipment at her father Jean-Marc’s established domaine.
Across her 16 hectares she embraces the palette of local grapes available to her (mauzac, fer servadou, duras and prunelard) side-by-side with gamay, merlot, and cabernets sauvignon and franc.
