Greek Summer Mixed Case
Wines included
The Society's Greek White 2023
2023 was a fabulous year for roditis, providing opulent stone-fruit while moschofilero provides rose-hip backing vocals. The result is a more fruit-forward wine with less floral perfume than the 2022 but filled with peach and grapefruit notes on the refreshing palate.
Mitravelas ‘White on Grey' Moschofilero 2023
Fresh, fragrant moschofilero brimming with lime-zest, stone-fruit and rose-hip aromas, zingy acidity and an underlying spice on the palate. A real taste of Greece that transcends its price tag.
G & L Rosé, Kintonis 2023
Produced exclusively for us by Leonidas Nassiakos and George Kintonis, who make The Society's Greek White. This same blend of moschofilero and roditis adds a splash of agiorgitiko for colour and redcurrant and strawberry complexity.
G & L Malagousia, Kintonis 2023
From the home of The Society's Greek white comes this outstanding-value 100% malagousia that showcases the grapes natural grapey and floral bouquet with great texture.
Seméli Feast White 2023
Lightly aromatic and easy-drinking moschofilero from one of the top producers in the Greek Peloponnese region, Semeli. Lemon, rose petals and peach aromas complement the light, refreshing palate in this fragrant unoaked white.
The Orange Point, Artisans of Naoussa Vignerons 2022
A fascinating, food-friendly and whistle-clean orange wine that blends assyrtiko and roditis from Greece's typically red-only Naoussa region. Made with gentle skin contact for colour and tannic grip, and minimal sulphur additions to promote wild orange and clove complexity. A great example of 'natural' orange wine.
