Kayafas Xinomavro, Thymiopoulos, Naoussa 2018
Kayafas is a single vineyard located in the village of Trilofos in the Greek region of Naoussa, with vines averaging over 40-years-old on limestone soils giving this wine outstanding concentration and elegance. 12 months in 500-litre, second-use French oak gives nutmeg and smoke aromas to compliment the intense cherry, redcurrant and tea notes. Gorgeous.
