Kit's Coty Coeur de Cuvée, Chapel Down 2016
A staggeringly complex sparkling wine from Kent in the impressive 2016 vintage. Made from the heart of the first pressing, the wine was partially fermented in oak before spending over four years on its yeast lees. These conspire to produce an immensely concentrated and vinous style with flavours of white peach, citrus and cedar spice.
