LA Brewery Sparkling English Blush Kombucha 75cl

Low/No Alcohol
4.000000000 star rating 4 Reviews
A vibrant and refreshing alcohol-free alternative to wine, this fresh, sparkling kombucha is off-dry with floral, elderflower aromas and hints of red fruit. It is whistle clean and brewed by Louise Avery in Suffolk, whose brewery is B-corp certified. Kombucha is an ancient, tea-based drink that, like wine, goes through fermentation, resulting in flavour complexity and interest, but without producing any alcohol. Following fermentation a blend of ethically sourced fruits, flowers and botanicals are infused to further enhance complexity. We believe that Kombucha offers a drinking experience that will appeal to wine lovers lovers looking to moderate their alcohol intake, and this is delightful served chilled. The Mail on Sunday

An alcohol-free option, this blossomy, tangy berry drink harmonises beautifully with the flavours found in sweet and sour dishes.

Charlotte Kristensen

The Times

Unusual but satisfying kombucha fizz, with fresh musk peach and green tea charm, plus a fine saline finish.

Jane MacQuitty

The Guardian

Delicious blend of strawberries and pink rhubarb. Quite sweet, but balanced by a bright, green apple sharpness. Perfect for a bed picnic

Fiona Beckett

The Observer

… fragrantly red-fruited …
