We snapped up this parcel of elegant and beautifully mature claret which was offered to us at an incredibly attractive price. La Petite Lune comes from Olivier Bernard and the team at Domaine de Chevalier who have selected from a number of growers across Bordeaux to make a charming and fleshy style. A merlot dominant blend with 10% each of cabernets franc and sauvignon, this is mellow and smoky with lovely fleshy, plump fruit.
