Le Charme de Cos Labory, Saint-Estèphe 2016
Made from younger vines at Bordeaux cru classé Cos Labory this is a classic Saint-Estèphe with plenty of ripe cabernet sauvignon fruit character, and the customary tannic grip on the finish. Pair with beef Wellington. A blend of 60% cabernet sauvignon and 40% merlot, aged in oak for 2 years.
