Fredi Torres came to wine via Nike and DJ-ing. He and Marc Lecha make wine in Gratallops, and elsewhere in Catalonia. This is 75% garnacha and sees just 15% new oak. Very plump and fleshy, counterbalanced by the minerality of the terroir. Smooth, supple, underlined by tarry, slatey savoury notes. Long powerful finish. 92/100

A mineral style with a dry and powerful, long finish. Drive and energy rather than generosity. Good value. 17/20
