Furmint, Balassa, Tokaji 2022
Opulent oaked furmint from Balassa Winery based in the centre of Tokaji in Hungary. This substantial white is sourced from five separate vineyard plots and spends six months in oak barrels. The result is an intensely aromatic wine with aromas of nutmeg, orchard fruit and cedar and a full, rich palate. An impressive wine for the price.
