Introduction to Fine Wine Case
From the superlative 2010 vintage, this is a perfectly ready-for-drinking blend of 68% cabernet sauvignon and 32% merlot. With deep colour and an appealing cedar and leather bouquet, the wine has lovely balance, despite the heat of the vintage. Smooth, satisfying claret.

White Vacqueyras is rare, yet it is a speciality at Clos des Cazaux where the clairette grape is used to wonderful effect. Crisp, dry and perfectly balanced Rhône white.
2019 is an excellent-quality vintage in a concentrated, powerful and firm style, with a very long finish. Mendel make more structured and less fruity wines than some, which are designed to go with food. Decanting half an hour before serving will show this Argentine Malbec at its best.
Riecine wines have a wonderful elegance and perfume. Here red cherry, spice, cranberry and green tea are evident on the nose and palate and will develop both with time in cellar or in decanter.
