Tio Pepe Fino Palmas 2023 Case

This case showcases this autumn`s release of the Tío Pepe ‘Palmas` wines from González Byass. These rare, complex sherries are classified by the cellar master as one to four Palmas, the highest (unofficial) quality ranking traditional in the Jerez region, and are bottled en rama, or ‘raw`, without clarification or filtration. That makes them the closest thing you can get to tasting straight from the barrel, preserving every drop of flavour and complexity in the glass.
