Sparkling Wine from France - Loire
Complex sparkling chenin blanc from the Loire, made from grapes picked ripe and by hand. The base wine is barrel- fermented and no sugar is added at any point. The secondary fermentation in bottle is followed by three years maturation. It all adds up to a full, multi-faceted, appley, dry chenin with long, textured palate.
