Wines included

Olivier Leflaive, Auxey-Duresses 2021

This is made principally from three superbly situated vineyards which lie on or very close to the border with Meursault (La Macabré, Les Autés and Les Vireux). These vineyards are north-east facing so have maintained an impressive freshness despite there being just a third of a normal crop here. Intense appley aromas and fresh citrus scented palate rounded out and enriched from maturation on its lees in barrel. 100% was barrel fermented and 15% of the barrels were new.

Olivier Leflaive, Meursault 2021

A well-proportioned Meursault, the ideal balance of which is not a matter of chance. Franck Grux draws from both the flatter vineyards (Limozin, Millerands, Sous la Velle) which give more richness, and the hillside vineyards (Vireuils, Clous, Tillets and Meix Chavaux) which contribute grip, freshness and concentration. This balances a certain richness with a firm and refreshing structure.

Olivier Leflaive, Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseignères 2021

Enseignères is a very well-placed vineyard, situated just below grand cru Bâtard-Montrachet. This comes from a one-hectare parcel managed by Olivier Leflaive. Fine, fresh and floral and with a long, elegant, linear finish. 20% new oak.

Olivier Leflaive, Bourgogne Oncle Vincent 2022

Bright and intense honeysuckle aromas, with a lovely balance of freshness and richness from 100% barrel fermentation before ageing on its yeast lees for nine months, with 15% new oak.

Olivier Leflaive Les Sétilles Bourgogne Blanc 2022

A ripe yet fresh balance of flavours and aromas and a fresh and fruity nose in the apple and melon spectrum leads to a creamy palate with a seam of underlying freshness. About 20% comes from the cooler Hautes Côtes vineyards for freshness, with the rest mainly from vineyards classified as Bourgogne situated on the land below Meursault and Puligny. About 65% is barrel-fermented and kept on its yeast lees for richness, while 35% is tank fermented to capture the freshness.

Olivier Leflaive Bourgogne Aligoté 2023

Floral, brisk-flavoured, taut aligoté from Burgundy that has been 100% fermented in tank to capture the freshness.
