Join Jo Locke MW as she welcomes brothers and business partners Bevan and Gordon Newton Johnson to celebrate their three wining Wine Champion wines.

Newton Johnson, based in the cool climate Hemel-en-Aarde region of South Africa, are the epitome of a family-run winery with Bevan taking on Managing Director responsibilities and Gordon, alongside his wife Nadia, are the winemakers.

Moving from Stellenbosch in 2003, the family had a vision to work with pinot noir in the cooler area near Hermanus, and since then not only has their pinot been a resounding success but other varieties such as chardonnay, Rhone varietals and alborino as seen in our three Champions winners have taken the Cape wine scene by storm.

Whilst you don't need to buy the wines to join in and listen, we do encourage you to buy one, two or even all three of their winning wines to enhance the experience and taste-along.
