Kedros Liatiko Rosé, Lyrarakis 2022
Wonderfully refreshing rosé from Lyrarakis on Crete made using 100% liatiko. Raspberry, redcurrant and strawberry notes on the nose complement the refreshing, mineral palate. Winners of our 2024 Climate & Nature fund, Lyrarakis will use our support to purchase a mower accessory for their tractor to manage under-vine weeds and cultivate cover crops. These are essential for adding nutrients into the soil, retaining moisture and reducing erosion. They also provide food and habitats for beneficial insects and pollinators and temper the summer heat for the vines.
Pinot Noir Rosé, Domaine Dirler-Cadé 2022
Not made every year, the fruit was macerated overnight for a more substantial Alsace rosé with greater depth of colour, lifted by fresh red-fruit perfume.
Single Estate Pinot Précoce Rosé New Hall, Essex 2023
Zesty and refreshing rosé from New Hall Estate in Essex's Crouch Valley, the current hotbed for English still wines. Ideal chilled alongside some cured meat or summer salads.
Côtes de Provence Rosé de Léoube 2023
A pale and fragrant pink that captures the essence of Provence. Fruity with hints of strawberry and redcurrant and a touch of herbs. Full-flavoured and refreshing and a perfect foil for a number of dishes from Mediterranean-inspired to Far Eastern.
Les Baux de Provence Rosé, Château Romanin 2023
An outstanding, bone-dry, Provence rosé with weight and a touch of spice. From a remarkable estate with its own Templar castle and cellars hewn into the rock, this wine is at its best with food, and its complexity will enhance many dishes.
Sussex Rosé, Albourne Estate 2023
Alison Nightingale of Albourne Estate in Sussex shares our belief that English rosé shows huge potential. Made using pinot noir the wine shows great freshness as well as red-fruit character of strawberry, cherry and a light minerality. A perfect rosé for the summer. Albourne has been fuelled 100% from green energy since their first vintage in 2013, and they are fully certified by Sustainable Wines of Great Britain.
