Divine Rosée Pet'Nat, Poulet-et-Fils
Sparkling Wine from France - Rhone
Perfect with strawberries and cream, this is a light, gently sparkling Methode Ancestrale (i.e. only one fermentation that takes place in bottle) pink made using indigenous yeasts and cool temperatures during fermentation which yields little alcohol while retaining much of the fruit's natural sugars. It's a blend of 85% muscat, 10% clairette and 5% gamay.
